Finally Got My iPhone 5 Back From Apple

This is the 4th iPhone 5 from Apple. The customer service experience was terrible.

1st iPhone: wasn't assembled properly
2nd iPhone: crushed by FedEx, never made it to me
3rd iPhone: wrong color, I bought a white one, not black
4th iPhone: finally arrived 3 weeks
