Camera's will be dropped. I never intended to drop my last camera but I did, twice. The first drop didn't break it. But because of it's weight distribution, the second drop impacted that exact spot and that drop caused even more damage.

This TS10 came with a silicon cover. It's prone to gather dust and other particles. I don't have to put on the cover but since it's a perfect fit, I might as well.

Image quality is just average. I didn't expect to capture the world with such a small sensor. This was the least expensive point and shoot that offered waterproof, shockproof, dustproof, & freezeproof.

The battery life hasn't been great. You can get the full specs on dpreview or other websites. We don't take pictures constantly but it feels like we need to charge it once a week after taking 150 pictures. I'm sure we can take a lot more pictures if we kept snapping away but that's not very realistic.
