The Buffalo LinkStation Duo Pro LS-WV2.0TL/R1 NAS came with two 1 TB hard drives. The default configuration was a Raid 0. I've since change it to a Raid 1.
Pro:
-Easy to configure
-Reasonably priced $260.99
-Performed well versus others in it's class
-Interface was easy to follow
-Built in Ethernet port
-Free iOS app for iPad or iPhone
Con:
-It can't compare with a Synology NAS but I saved over $200 with this model
-Plastic enclosure rattles
-Lacks 802.11 g/n wireless device
I would rate this 3.5 out of 5 stars because the rattling gets on my nerve. I have to put a book on the unit to keep it from rattling. Other than that, it's 4 out of 5.
Thanks for watching.
